Chicken Fajita Recipes

This is it! The final piece of the puzzle, the chicken fajitas recipe! Hope you guys have time to make them. Its worth the effort.


Chicken Fajita Recipes

Ingredients

5 pieces Skinless Chicken Breast (about 900g)
4 cloves of Garlic
2 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded
4 stalk Scallions
5 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro
2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1 1/2 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Ground Aniseeds
1 1/2 tsp Ground Cumin
5 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 Lime
Sea Salt to taste

Method

Prepare the marinate by finely chopping the garlic, jalapeno peppers, scallions and fresh cilantro. Cut the chicken breast into bite size strips.

Combine all the chop ingredients with the red pepper flakes, ground coriander, aniseeds, cumin, olive oil, lime juice and adjust the seasoning with sea salt. Marinate the chicken for about 2 to 4 hours.

Turn the heat on high. Grill the chicken in a heavy cast iron pan.

Grill the chicken until fully cooked.

After the chicken is done. Add the white onions, green and red peppers. Grill until the vegetables are sightly charred.
