Vegan Peanut Butter And Chocolate Pudding

This is my cheat dessert, a very delightful Vegan Peanut Butter and Chocolate Pudding. The secret ingredient for this creamy and luscious dessert is ripe organic Cavendish bananas. The sweet banana are sliced and frozen for about two hours. Then just whizz-it up with creamy peanut butter and cocoa powder. That’s all to it, you can even freeze the pudding for an hour and enjoy it like ice-cream. Yum!

  1. Even better than cocoa powder is dark chocolate. I LOVE this recipe and have a variation that is my favorite.

I like peanuts so I use chunky peanut butter and I don't blend it in, I just mix it in the blended bananas and dark chocolate, which I don't blend completely smooth either coz I like the little bitter bits.

  2. That's a really nice recipe! Peanut butter and chocolate are great together!! I really have to try your recipe with bananas, it must be delicious.

  3. YUM! I am not vegan, or vegetarian for that matter, but who cares?! This looks amazing!

  4. This looks amazing. While I'm definitely not vegan, I do love eating nummy vegan foods!

  5. This looks yummy! I love how simple it is!

  7. I had this from Whole Foods but it also has sea salt. It was awesome. Glad to find a recipe!

I'm actually laughing at myself! What have I got into? Trying to make dumplings?? Well, I have seen my late grandmother make them a long time ago. I can remember the ingredients but not the measurements! So, it took me about two hours to come up with the perfect recipes, and I'm glad I did! It was an instant hit! They were all gone, all gobbled up! Make the dough first, add about 480 to 500g of all-purpose flour with 300ml of water. Knead the dough and let it rest. You should be able to make 40 dumplings with the dough. Meanwhile, prepare the filling for the dumplings. Click here for the dumpling wrappers video.
