So, if you are a fan of this popular dish, you may want to try this simple yummy version at home. The bite sized cuts of fried chicken thighs are topped with a delicious sweet and sour sauce that’s made of rice vinegar, ketchup, sugar, bell peppers, onion, and some freshly cut pineapples. Just simply serve it with plenty of steam rice. Yum!
