This Spicy & Crispy Chili Paste is used in many of my dishes. For example, Malaysian Chili Pan Mee, fried rice or noodles, etc.

Beef Banh Mi

Using the Crispy Garlic Butter Oil and Daikon Carrot Pickles which I made earlier, I prepared this tasty Vietnamese inspired Beef Banh Mi or Vietnamese Styled Sandwich filled with saute beef with onion. I topped it with lettuce, cucumber, tomato, basil, scallion, coriander, green chili, and it's delicious!

Daikon And Carrot Pickles

These Dalkon And Carrot Pickles are often filled-in Banh Mi or Vietnamese Sandwiches. The sweet, sour, and crunchy vegetables are perfect to serve alongside BBQ or fried meat too.

My kids just love this Garlic Butter Knots. They are a great after school snacks or as a side dish for pasta. Made from scratch and flavored with the Crispy Garlic Butter Oil that I have posted earlier. I have a short video on how to make them. Make sure to check it out.

Shrimp And Pork Siu/Shao Mai

Siu Mai is one of the most popular item served at Dim Sum restaurants. My home-style version consists of shrimp and pork, and they are tasty, juicy, with springy like texture. Check out my video tutorial and learn how to make it at home.

This is an updated post with a new video cooking guide. {Original Post: Nasi Lemak With Dried Anchovy Sambal}

Nasi Lemak is probably the most popular dish in Malaysia. You'll find this hearty meal everywhere in Malaysia, from street stalls to restaurants, and it's available round the clock. It's practically a Malaysia's national dish. Nasi Lemak or coconut infused rice is usually served with a spicy sambal, sliced cucumber, fried anchovies, peanuts, and eggs, either hard-boiled or fried.

Tuna Croissant Sandwich

This is family favorite Tuna Croissant Sandwich recipe, warm croissants filled with good-quality canned tuna with lots of veggies, and season with mayonnaise, lemon juice, sea salt and black pepper. Try it!
