This zesty Asian-style coleslaw goes beautifully with burgers and sandwiches. It's also great as a side dish or a light salad.
Asian Style Coleslaw
About 400 grams Mix Slaw (green & red cabbage, carrot)
4 Tbsp Finely Diced Red or White Onion
1 Green (Serrano) Chili, chopped
4 Tbsp Lime Juice
2 Tbsp Sugar
¾ tsp Sea Salt, or to taste
3 Tbsp Chopped Coriander
Some freshly Ground Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, mix lime juice and sugar until blended. Then add chili, onion, coriander, and coleslaw. Mix together until everything is thoroughly mixed, season well with sea salt and chilled before serving.
