2 large ripe Avocados
1/4 of White Onion
1 fresh Jalapeno Pepper, seeded1 1/2 ripe Tomatoes, seeded
2 Tbsp fresh Cilantro
1/2 of a Lime, juiced
Sea Salt to taste
Coarsely chop the avocados, ripe tomatoes and cilantro. Then finely chop the white onions and jalapeno peppers.
Combine the avocados, tomatoes, white onion and jalapeno pepper and mash lightly with a large fork. Add the lime juice, chopped cilantro and season with sea salt.
