Okay, besides serving seafood with mango salsa, I also like having them with pineapple salsa. At the moment, there are plenty of pineapples in stores and they are well priced too. So, why not get some and make this tasty salsa?
Pineapple Salsa
Ingredients
1/2 Medium Size Ripe Pineapple
1 Small Red Onion, finely diced
1 Small Green Pepper, diced
1 Small Size Lime, juiced
1 Tbsp Palm Sugar
1 Red Chili, chopped
2 Thai Bird's Eye Chilies, chopped
1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Mint Leaves
Method
Combine all the salsa ingredients. Serve immediately.
