All you need is a few simple ingredients to make these “Baked Ham & Cheese Egg Bread Rolls”. If you want to change it up you can replace the ham with other cold cuts and the Jack cheese with Asiago, or any of your favorite cheeses.

Baked Ham And Cheese Egg Bread Rolls

5 to 6 slices of Ham (Thinly sliced/shaved)
6 Crusty rolls, top off and hollow out
4 Large Eggs
2 Tbsp Cream
2 Tbsp Italian Flat-Leaf Parsley, chopped
1/4 Cup Grated Jack Cheese
1/4 tsp Sea Salt, or to taste
Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Slice ¼ inch off the top of each rolls. Carefully hollow out the bottom, sides, and leave about ¼ inch thick shell. Transfer the rolls to the prepared baking tray

Layer the hollow rolls with ham.

In a medium bowl, using a fork beat the eggs until lightly frothy. Stir in the cream, and add the parsley, and season with salt and pepper, and stir well. Top each rolls with grated cheese, and carefully pour the egg mixture into the prepared rolls, and bake until the eggs puff up 25 to 30 mins.
