Sambal Fried Rice

Spice up your fried rice with this easy Sambal Fried Rice recipe.

Sambal Fried Rice


5 to 6 Cups Cooked Rice, cooled
150 grams Shrimps, peeled
4 Large Eggs
4 Tbsp Sambal Paste With Lemongrass
1 Cup Frozen Vegetables, thawed
Sea Salt
White Pepper
2 Stalks Scallions, chopped
2 to 3 Tbsp Peanut Oil


Heat 2 tablespoons of peanut oil in a large wok over high heat.

Add shrimps and stir-fry until they are cook. Then dish out and set aside.

Add in the eggs, let them set, and gently move it around.

Toss in the rice and stir frequently. Make sure the rice is coated with the eggs.

Add sambal paste and stir, and mix well again. Then add the vegetables, and season with salt and pepper.
